Solid Wood Frame Supplier Requirements
- Solid wood material: pine, a common North American species
- Moisture content controlled at 8%-12% for North America's dry climate
- FSC certified materials are preferred
- Export standard packaging: VISTA-3A e-commerce packaging standard
- Provide CIQ inspection reports and moisture content test reports
PS Frame Supplier Requirements
Environmental Standards
- E0 environmental grade, formaldehyde emission <= 0.5 mg/L
- Compliant with US CARB Phase 2, with CARB certificate and formaldehyde test report
Material Requirements
- Use eco-friendly virgin PS material only; no recycled/inferior materials
- Compliant with US CPSIA lead limit (total lead <= 100 ppm) with test report
Surface Treatment
- Eco-friendly, non-toxic coating/lamination process
- Passes anti-aging test (UV aging over 500 hours)
- Yellowing resistance grade >= Level 4 (ISO 105)
- Wear-resistant and scratch-resistant surface for long-distance cross-border shipping
